Listed below are charges that you must pay upon moving into the Manchester Housing
Authority.
MANCHESTER HOUSING AUTHORITY
You must pay two-hundred and seventy-five dollars ($275.00) deposit to the Manchester
Housing Authority.
CITY HALL - Water
Deposit - is one hundred and seventy-five dollars ($175) unless you have an outstanding past due balance from the Manchester City Hall. To transfer services the fee is seventeen dollars and fifty cents
GEORGIA POWER
Deposit is based on your credit history and unless you have an outstanding past du balance from Georgia Power. To transfer services the fee is twenty - two dollars ($22.0C and usually is billed on your next bill.
NOTE: THE MANCHESTER HOUSING AUTHORITY HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE DEPOSITS OR CHARGES FROM CITY HALL, AND GEORGIA POWER.
THE MANCHESTER AUTHORITY CANNOT ASSIST IN THE PAYMENT OF ANY DEPOSITS. YOU HAVE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO OBTAIN UTILITIES LISTED ABOVE
